Q : Until what date can I submit an online entry form?

You have until September 1st, 4:00 pm to fill an entry form.

Q : Can I take advantage of this promotion without buying a specially marked Fruité drinks 2L with Simple Plan product?

Yes, no purchase is required. A Participant that does not have a Code in order to complete a Participation Ballot can write an email at the following address: info@fruite.ca to ask for one (1) Code and explain in a short 50 words text the reasons why she/he thinks he/she should win on of the Grand Prize. A Participant may not send more than one (1) Submission during the entire Contest Period and a maximum of one (one) Code per Participant, per household, per postal address, per computer and IP address may be granted using this method of participation during the entire Contest Period.

Q : How can I participate in the SUMMER ROCKS WITH FRUITÉ contest?

To register to the contest, you need to fill out the online entry form at fruite.ca/en/simpleplan and enter a promotional code.

Q : What are the prizes to win?

Total of three (3) Grand Prizes, each consisting of four (4) tickets for a Simple Plan concert, four (4) backstage passes, limousine transportation, four (4) Fruité® gift sets and four (4) Simple Plan gift sets. Each Grand Prize has a total approximate retail value of CAD $1,995.00

Q : Do I need an email address to enter the official draw?

The SUMMER ROCKS WITH FRUITÉ® contest is available online. You will therefore need an email address to submit your entry form. Winners will be contacted using the email address provided.

Q : When will the draw be held? How will winners be notified?

The draw will be held on September 4th, 2017. Winners will be contacted within the following five (5) business days by email or telephone.

Q : Can two people living under the same roof take advantage of the SUMMER ROCKS WITH FRUITÉ contest?

Yes, but the unique code behind the label is only good for one registration.

Q : Is there a limit of online entry forms I can submit?

No, each unique code is an additional chance to win. You can get more codes on specially marked Fruité® drink labels.

Q : How do I know if my entry has been successfully submitted?

After filling out the online entry form with the unique code and clicking the submit button, a confirmation message will appear.

Q : Do restrictions apply?

This Contest is open to residents of Canada only. To be eligible to participate in the Contest, a Participant must be a legal resident in his or her province or territory, and be at least 14 years old at the time of registration in the Contest.

Q : Where can I find the unique code?

The unique code is printed behind Fruité® drink label, and contains letters and numbers, as in the example below: PROMO CODE: 12345ABCDE

Q : How do I cut the promotional label correctly?

To avoid tearing the promotional code, follow the glue line on the side of the promotional label.

Q : I’m having trouble entering my unique code. What should I do?

  • 1. First, try to enter the code again and make sure to enter it correctly.
  • 2. A unique code can only be used once.
  • 3. Each unique code is composed of letters and numbers.
  • 4. Unique codes are not case-sensitive.
  • 5. Here is an example of the format of a unique code: 12345ABCDE.
